Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Note: Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm PST - Shipping is not available outside of these hours.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to find out when your item will arrive.

RETURN POLICY  

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES 

We do not offer returns. If you would like to exchange an item for store credit, please mail your item back within 5 business days of the received date. Please contact: sales@thediamondhanger.com.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please take note of your return tracking number to follow its progression.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
